I only have the South Fork. It's not a hard-use outdoors fixed blade for wood prep etc like the Bravo's or Ratmandu, think more hunting/fishing/food prep/general slicer type knife. Mine lives mostly in the kitchen, and goes along when camping/travelling as a food prepper.
Just note the Spyderco version is quite a bit thicker behind the edge compared to a custom South Fork from Phil Wilson, so the production version is a bit more robust. Thickness behind the edge is similar to the Military. Some say this is too thick, but I think they got it mostly right to be a food slicer but also robust enough for general utility.
