I had mentioned a some thread here (to lazy to search 
) that my Paramillie was gritty to open and, worse, had quite a bit of vertical blade play. I finally got tired of it and sent it in. It came back all fixed up. It looks like a verrrrry thin washer was added on the reverse side (clip side) of the knife. Whereas the compression lock tab was travelling almost halfway across the tang, it now only travels about a third of the way.
