Spyderco for long hand size

I have long hands, think xx long fingers and palm, and about a large in thickness. A comfortable knife for me would be something with a wide handle. Ive tried out the native, which was nice, but a little small overall. The Benchmade 710, although a generally great package, is too narrow in the handle-my fingers wrap around it and dig into my palm. What Spyderco would you recommend?

XXXL basketball palming meat hooks here. The Millie is a great choice and a couple of my lower priced favorites are the Endura, Wayne Goddard sprint, Lum large Chinese and the Manix 2 XL. A little smaller but comfortable is the Stretch. I was surprised that it fit so well.

You could make some custom scales for you knife. I rescaled my Tenacious with some osage orange. The scales are a little over 1/4" thick. Feels much better than the G10 it came with.

A Spyderco with a wide handle would be LionSpy. Others: Military, Manix 2 XL and Tuff.

If you have the opportunity, try to get your big old paws on both the Military and the ParaMilitary2 models and see which one fits best.
I have big hands and the PM2 fits perfectly. I can't believe you have hands that are too big for the Military. Not possible!

I'm wondering if Gayle Bradley fits, as I found it feeling 'round' & comfortable in hand, much more than Resilience (which is similar to Military, but I only have Resilience to compare with)

Im considering the military or the manix 2 xl. I prefer the more ambidextrous ball bearing lock on the xl, which is similar to the axis lock I already have.
Hows the yojimbo 2 for my requirements? In pictures it looks like it has a relatively wide handle

I have a similar issue. Xl gloves are usually too tight across my palm but also too long for my fingers. It is almost comical.

Handle thickness is good. I have the Gayle Bradley with me right now and it definitely fills my hand much more positively than the salt I usually carry.

If cost is an issue, I would go with a Resilience. If not, a Manix XL or Military. Once you buy it, we need to see photos of your new knife in you giant hands! :)

I hadn't thought about it before but my problem could be solved by a wider handle OR a "larger volume" handle-as seen in the newer 3d shaped models. Thanks for the info.
