I just saw a thread with a pic of an Izula with a g-clip on the sheath. I googled it and only found a few places that sold them. Where can I get the G-clip? I will try to do more searching but I gave up early and just decided it would be easier to ask. I guess I am lazy since it Christmas!:D

Have a G clip on a leather sheath I had made for my Rukus.

I have no experience with the tec lock, so I can't compare. The G clip does seem very well made, and gives a very secure attachment.

Btw- a quick Google search turned up online dealers with them in stock.

I checked their website and couldn't find anything. I did find some dealers online with google but I really hate to just throw my credit card number around without at least knowing if someone else has had an experience with them. I will do some more searching. Maybe call spyderco.

I bought several a while back...they are fantastic and reasonably priced.

Pretty sure I paid 8.95 each for the last ones.

For some reason Spyderco doesn't offer them on their web site, but you can call and order them. If I recall they are around $5, but their shipping is $8.95 flat rate unless the order is over $75 (or somewhere near that) so I order a few of them whenever I'm ordering something else from them.

I do have one on one of my Izula's, but now that the ESEE Izula clip plate is available, I like it better (a little thinner) and costs around $11.95 I think.

I want one for my HEST. I didn't see them on the spyderco website either, so that was why i was curious.

Here's another option, it's the Blade-Tech clip,
The holes actually do line up.
