SP134CFP: Gayle Bradley
Spyderco
This is a very hefty, well designed folding knife. The liners are thick on both sides of the handle. The blade material is top notch CPM-M4 carbon steel - not stainless. This is a tool steel that has over 6 times the wear resistance of D-2 steel at the same hardness.
Here is Spyderco's information:
A former BladeSports (World Cutting Competition) champion, Gayle Bradley makes hard-use knives that plow through anything including 14, 1-inch bundles of hanging rope--a BladeSports cutting competition record. These aren't knives for the fingernail cleaner or showman but for down on the ground, gritty and dirty use. Although a longtime knifemaker, this is Gayle's first collaborative folder with a production knife company.
Features
•Carbon Fiber handles
•Screw-together construction
•Black 4-way hourglass steel clip
•Full-length internal liners
•Michael Walker LinerLock
•Hollow-ground satin finish blade
