SPYDERCO-Gunting: its almost here

The final touches were done on the new Spyderco GUNTING. The first knife designed to be used closed,The first of the new MBC-Martial Blade Craft knives series from Spyderco.
There will be three versions:
1) the Gunting knife- black G10 handles with usable points
2) the Gunting trainer/drone- red G10 handles with blunt trainer blade and smooth handles
3) the Gunting CRMIPT- Close Range Medium Impact tool- blue G10 handles with sharp points on the handle like the real knife and with training drone blunt blade.
Another first is that there will be
will be an accompanying instructional video by VideoQuest & Spyderco.
The GUNTING will debut at the Blade Show this June 2-4 2000.

SKUNKWORKS CONCEALMENT SOLUTIONS has made several holsters to house the new Gunting. A breakaway sheath, a shoulder holster and an insert for one's pocket that will hold the sheath OUTSIDE the pocket( for those who wear dress slacks!)
Edges2 will also make aluminum trainers: one in open position one in closed position to go with the Videos...
