Hey everyone, this is my first time navigating into the custom sheath aspect of the hobby (and forum for that matter as well)! So I have have a spyderco h-1 warrior for quite some time and it's been in its standard plastic sleeve sheath ever since. I want a custom sheath for it. I'm thinking kydex just because it seems to make the most sense. I want the knife secure if I do decide to carry it. I'm thinking a horizontal carry might be the best, or IWB. What do you guys think?

Retention is a matter of design and craftsmanship, not materials. Look just above his left pocket:
Kydex is cool and leather is cool but keeping your knife with you is in how its made, not what its made out of. My thoughts anyhoo (probably the only ones I'll have today if I don't have another cup of coffee).
