Spyderco identification

I was hoping someone could tell me which model Spyderco this is. I have a couple of Spyderco knives given to me in the early 90's by a friend of mine. One is a Delica (guessing it's somewhat early, as it has a molded clip), and this one. I would like to know what model this is, so I could find out more about it.
