Spyderco in Criminal Minds 4

Anybody see the spydie in an episode of Criminal Minds 4 where the schizoid guy is caught in a motel with knife against the kidnapee's neck? Kinda looked like a military with a satin blade.

there also was a spyderco sighting in the movie last house on the left, when one of the serial killers gets a little uneasy you can see him slowly opening a spyderco then closes it when hes assured things are fine

I don't remember which knife was used... I know what episode that was, though.

This one here was in Criminal Minds. It's in the 5th season, the episode where a guy randomly cuts peoples' throats. This one was committed against a returning soldier while he and his family were at Church. I don't recognize this knife.
