i wonder how will they warranty that.

The lock face is carbidized, so it will not wear out. What bothers me is detent ball. Its now formed flat spot already after handling knife for few days. It looks like it is made from non hardened steel. Also detent hole on blade is too small for detent ball and frame is 1 mm away from blade and it has weak detent.
