Just got some scales done by Steve Butcher, aka BOOMER52. I will let the pics do the talking. Suffice it to say I could not be happier!:)

Very cool. I like the PM2 scales. Did he install them as well?

He did not, though he offered to do it for free. I have had my PM2 apart before and so relied on my prior experience in that regard to carry the day. Steve also made himself available if I had any concerns or issues whatsoever.

Thanks, guys. If looks are not enough, both of these knives melt in my hand. I'm not sure, but I think the edges are a bit more rounded than stock scales, especially on the PM2. They are very comfortable to hold.

Man those look awesome! Great work, and I do believe they melt in your hand; I really like that PM2, very cool.

That Punisher decal! Is it on both scales to match!?

I opted to have Steve only put it on the non-clip side because I felt the clip on the back would obscure much of the design. That said, I do have a little plan for the backside of this knife, but you all will have to stay tuned for that one. :D

I had to come back to this thread. The thin blue line and punisher were very cool choices for those particular knives.

I think your wave design is way more attractive than the stock waved Enduras/Delicas.

Thanks. I credit forum member rjwiggall for the idea. He showed a pic of one that he did himself that I thought was very cool. It is much more low key than stock waved Spydies, but works every time nonetheless.

First off - great photographs.

Second - that is some really nice scale work!

How is the blue line done? Is it an inlay, or?

Congratulations.

I believe both the Punisher Skull and the blue line are inlays.
