Sadly, that type of infringement is far too common to make legal action helpful. Take a look at http://www.knifezilla.com/ to see more rip offs. Admittedly, Kershaw and Emerson take a heavier hit than Spyderco, but the fact that they sell the genuine Spyderfly and the cheap fake on the same site is disgusting. There are countless generic copies of the Delica/Endura line to be found. The best thing to do, in my opinion, is to teach people that it's not better to buy a seven dollar knife instead of a seventy dollar one, then maybe the market for knock offs will go away.

I ordered a few items from their affiliated site www.pvk.com.
Everything went smoothly. It was about a year ago, though.
