Spyderco labeled as a pen knife??

Perhaps it was a Spyderco UKPK (UK Pen Knife)?

I have noticed that sometimes in the UK, almost any type of folding pocketknife is labeled as a 'pen knife', even one of the large, thick SAKs with most or all of the implements, like a Swisschamp. I've seen that in some British TV shows, and also in some outdoor books written in the UK.

..and on another site, here is the definition of a "pen knife" 1. A "pen knife" is a small, light-weight, double-ended knife with two or three blades that are hinged at both ends. A "quill knife," a small pen knife for trimming writing quills, has blades like a tiny jack knife opening only at one end.

Better pic of the knife in question. The UKPK is a nice knife! Very similar to the Caly 3 except it's a slip-joint instead of having a back lock.

In one state (MD), a knife is legally defined as either a "switchblade" or a "pen knife"... if it isn't a switchblade then it's a pen knife regardless of the appearance.
