How do you dig your ladybug? I am looking for a good knife that opens with one hand VG-10, this seems to fit the criteria. Has anyone had any success with this as your EDC. Also would like any other suggestions for other spyderco knives if the price ranges are close to this one. Also, I want to use this as a practice knife for sharpening free hand, my other knives I plan to sharpen are 420 HC stainless steel. And For the 420HC I plan to use a coarse grit, and a 1k/6k whetstone. Would these grits also be appropriate for vg-10 steel? thanks. ( I own zero Spyderco knives. )

Iv only ever held the lady bug but I think it would make a good lil edc blade...

Oh and on the sharpening as long as you don't let it get dull the stones you have should be fine....but I'd recommend picking up some lower grit stones mainly a 200 grit, 400 grit and 600 for when you need to re-profile....

great knife , i edc a jester same handle shape blade has jimping on spine v nice ..

It is very small in case you did not realize. Check out the Dragonfly too for a bit bigger and more useful knife.

I agree... The I compared the ladybug, and the dragonfly, and the lady/manbug disappeared in my hands. But the dragonfly 2 gives you a good grip...
