Spyderco Lava vs. Blade-Tech Mouse 2

I cant decide which to purchase for my EDC. Im looking for something useful that I could also defend myself with if ever needed God forbid.

I would go for the Lava but both are not very good for SD you need something bigger like the Delica, Endura or Manix

That lava looks like it could be a good "little" defensive knife. If you want a knife of that size, the lava would be my suggestion.

As much as I like the lava, and I do, I'd have to say the Mouse II in G10 is the way to go here.

I have a Spyderco Mouse that I love. From everything I have read about the Mouse II is that it is even better than my Mouse.

If the Lava was available with a G-10 handle, I would like it a lot more. I do think it is a pretty cool design though.
