Spyderco Leaf Storm detent -- weak?

I just received a new Spyderco Leaf Storm. The ball detent feels weak compared to my Spyderco Military. If anyone else has a Leaf Storm, how is the ball detent?

The Leaf Storm has a weaker detent than the newer Military models.

Spyderco seems to have increased the detent strength on the Military model as the years have passed.

The closed detent is indeed weaker than other frame locks I have owned.

I have EDC'd the Leafstorm since about August with no pocket opening surprises.
