Spyderco Lionspy Rebuilt

What do you do when you have a Spyderco Lionspy that has stripped pivot screws and is missing other pieces. Well you build a Spyderco Lionspy integral. The only issue I’m having is the stainless steel lockbar insert is too big and the knife won’t lock open. Anyone have tips on how to fix this issue? The lockbar insert from the Lionspy is too small so there is a lot of blade movement. The lockbar insert from the Lionsteel SR1 is too big for the blade to lock open.
