Well, I finally went and did it - I bought a knife that I told myself over and over that I wouldn't buy.
I have quite a few knives. I don't have heavy uses for one, but I've carried one for years, but only those which I could actually use (my edc is either a Calypso Jr. or a Marzitelli Prowler). I've struggled with myself for a long time over this Lum folder. It's not that I have no use for it, it's that I think it's just too wonderful looking, finished and designed to BE used! The leaf shape of the blade and the gentle curve of the handle have mesmerized me since I first saw it. I finally picked one up at $100 of the regular price. It is absolutely perfect! I didn't mean to do it. I couldn't help myself.
Now I guess that means I'm going to have to rethink my purchasing strategy.
