Spyderco Lum Chinese help needed

So I recently picked up a lum chinese off the exchange and I it was off center and opened very roughly.

I decided to take it apart to see what was up and I found that the phosphor bronze washer was all bent up....

Everything else was cool except there was only one washer.

So 2 questions.

1. Where can I get a replacement washer?

2. Is there only supposed to be just the one washer on the non-liner side?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
