Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find a kydex sheath for a Spyderco lum fixed blade? I would like for it to have a teklock attachment.
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike,

You can get it from Mike Sastre of River city sheaths, Robert Humelbaugh of survival sheaths or Tom Krein of krein knives.

Eric.

I had Mike Sastre from River City Sheaths make one for mine. His sheath comes with a G-clip and a rubber loop for wearing IWB. I'm sure he could rig it so yours has a Tek-Lok. I really like mine.

I think Tom Krein has good prices. I've always wanted to try one of his sheaths. I believe kenishiro has used them before.

What is great about the Lum is that since they are all almost identical, you don't have to send your knife in to get the sheath made. btw - many if not all the great sheath makers mentioned can sell the Lum as a complete package - you get the regular sheath and knife and the improved custom made sheath all at once.

I recommend Robert H of survival sheath systems. I had a kydex sheath for my Spyderco/Bob Lum FB made and it is top-notch. I actually got a chest rig and tek-lok for it, but one of the nice things about the chest rig is that I now use it for my Busse Uncle Mofo's SSS two-piece. Robert H is a great guy to deal with too. :)
