As the budget about 260$ which is more worth?

Please give me some ideas about the cons and pros of both knives. Thanks

Truthfully, both are awesome choices. But, the ZT is a heavier knife. The Military, while big, carries like a much smaller knife. So, you need to get both! (sorry, I'm no help) ;) :)

I advise the Spydie. I "think" that the ZT is heavier, thicker, blockier, which is okay if you're going to subject it to really heavy work.
I have the PM2 and several other knives (Benchmade) in M390 and it's a nice steel. I don't think that a Spydie would hold up to the same amount of prying, digging, general hard use of a ZT; nor is it particlarly designed, IMO, for that hard a use.
I have an Emerson CQC-7 and I can move, pry or cut mountains with that thing.

BUT...to get back to your original question of a knife for EDC...I'd pick the PM2 (or the Military). It's slim, good blade, will carry nicely and not feel bricky.
Good luck to you.

Depends on your needs, but I'd say the millie. M390's top of the line, and it was a sprint run and will likely retain or increase in value. That is, unless you want to abuse the **** out of your knife, in which case, get a fixed blade.

It's a tough call.
Spydie is pointier, and M390 is really fantastic for slicing. Cutting performance should be awesome.
0560 is built tough, has the roller bearing action, titanium framelock, more belly on the blade, and Elmax is a really good steel that is not far off of M390 for cutting performance, and slightly tougher steel than 390.
Also, your preferences for styling and feel will weigh in on the decision.

I would say that if you want the most cutting/slicing performance, then the Spydie with M390 will be it.
If you want almost as good cutting performance, but a bit tougher all around, then the ZT with Elmax is it.
Both are really really good, and so either way you get a great knife.
I think that in feature-by-feature comparison, the ZT wins, unless the over-riding factor is the superior slicing performance of the M390 blade on the Spydie.

I have a ZT 0560, but not the Spydie, so I can't comment on that. However, I will say, that the 0560 is NOT a "heavy", nor bulky knife. Not at all. It is light for its size, relatively slim (slimmer than the 0551/0550), and worth at least what they are charging. It is a very well made, well designed knife. I can't say enough good things about it. It carries easily for me as well.

An excellent post across the board with the above portion most succinctly capturing the essence of the comparison for me.

I have both and really like both, if you plan to also purchase both then it's an easy call, get the sprint run, which is always the answer when deciding which to buy first between a production knife and sprint run, if you get the production run first the sprint will be either much more difficult to track down later and will go up in price. As for a comparison, I agree with the above, though I will definitely say the Military is much more of a cutter/slicer, even if they were in the same steel the Military would hold an edge longer due to the better blade geometry/FFG. So if you plan on only getting one, it just depends on what kind of things you plan on doing with it, cutting and slicing go with the Military (also extremely light for its size), cutting, but also things you probably shouldn't be doing with a knives or cutting rough/hard materials go with the ZT. Here's some pics to keep you occupied... ;)

I have both and it would be hard to part with either although I do and have tried to trade off my NIB M390 Spyderco a couple times now with no bites - but every time I handle it I am amazed at the feeling of strength and the lightness while being large and apt! And Spyder Holes will always be my favorite deployment method.
