Spyderco Manix 2 Foliage Green

A friend of mine has his brand new Spyderco Manix 2 in foliage green for sale for $135. I really have been wanting this knife and this looks like the best time to do it. What are your opinions?

Decent price for a fine knife. I'd snag it if I wanted one for sure. CTS-XHP is proving to be a very good blade steel.

Exactly. The knife is a sprint run (limited production), once it is gone that is all she wrote for that model/steel combination. I have one that I use in a regular rotation. It's a fine knife.

:thumbup: I've heard great things about CTS-XHP, but I don't really know much about the prices of the Manix.

Get it now, or regret it later when you cant find one for under $200

The big auction houses may raise the sales price but $125 to $150 is a good range for the exchange. Depending on the condition of the knife and the buyer's needs.
