Best way to tell the age of an Ayoob is by the texture of the handle. The early ones were a more slick type of almite, while the later ones were more grippy, but more prone to scratching.
 
Sorry I won't ship outside CONUS, it's just too much of a PITA anymore...

SMC thanks for the tip, the scales are anything but grippy so I'm pretty sure it's early, my dad has a later one with slightly darker scales that are grippy, so that makes sense....back to the top, still available cause I have a HOLY GRAIL Gunting en route!
 
Just saw this post and wanted to add that doing business with Santi will be as easy as with someone around the block, mmorningstar, and that after shipping many packages to Thailand, I have not had a single problem so far.
