These are actually my first two Spyderco knives. Am I impressed? YES!! Spyderco rocks!!! Here are my impressions. Note: I won't be cutting anything with these knives as they are not for working.
1.) MATRIARCH---This is truly a work of art. Beautiful blade and just looks wicked. Sharp enough to make you pay CLOSE attention to the blade at all times. Beyond razor sharp. Light, easy to carry, and fits snug and cozy in the pocket. Feels great in the hand. I love it.
2.) SPYDERHAWK---Spyderco created a classic with this one in my book. Blade is just awesome. You have to see this knife in your hand to appreciate it. I love it. I mean, I really love it. Beyond razor sharp. Light, easy to carry, feels great in the hand. What else can I say? If you're looking for a hawkbill of good size this-is-IT.
The hardest part is deciding which one to carry first...
