Ran across this recently. Its a trailer for some new Japanese anime series.

What makes it relevent to this section of the forum is that at around 1:08 minutes into the clip, one of the characters pulls what appears to be a Spyderco knife. I don't know if I recognzie the blade profile, but it definetly has a Spyderco style thumbhole. ;)

Either that, or the Terzuola Starmate.

It's easy to grin when your ship comes in and good fortune and fame are your lot, but the man worthwhile is the man who can smile with his shorts twsited up in a knot. - Morey Amsterdam

blade shape looks like a centofante 3, but looks a little too big judging by that screencap. unless that's a small woman/child holding it :P

Didn't watch the clip, so I have no idea who's wielding it.

It's anime, so the conventional "rules" on the relative sizes of objects don't really apply, weapons in particular often are disproportionally large and/or shown in forced perspective. Not to mention that it doesn't have to be an accurate representation of any specific knife. Knife wielder appears to be a young teenager. Still, the Centofante Vesuvius/III and the Terzuola Starmate would be the closest and the longer bladed Starmate seems like the "best fit" to me. Wegners, to my eye anyway, would need more curve in the blade.
