I thoroughly enjoyed watching this video; thank you for sharing. The American dream at it's finest...& I don't mean to get too political here, but it was a very wise decision to start his Spyderco company in, Golden Colorado! ;)

It is a wonderful and very inspirational interview. Should be a homework assignment for MBA candidates.
 
I had the opportunity to chat with Sal at a knife show in Rodgers, AR some years back. I didn't know who he was at the time and we had a great conversation.
He offered me a discount on a Temperence II, and when I questioned if he could do that, he told me who he and the woman (his wife) I had been talking to for the last hour. They're both great people.
I'm a Spyderco fan for life, for that simple reason.

I had to read that a few times to determine your real intent. It can be construed that there are folks out there who don't like Sal, or it can be said that there are few people in knifedom who are like him.
