What is my Spyderco Military BG 42 sprint worth.I have been holding on to this beauty since around 2007 if my memory is correct. It is brand new in the box.Mint, perfect and never used, sharpened and a fine specimen.
Best regards,
salmonkiller

It would probably fetch $500 on ebay if you have a reputable account there. I would be a buyer at $300.

I found three completed sales.
2 NIB on Ebay for 360 and 350, and the other used on the forum here for 160.

Thats the Military I carry the most.
I sold two to local friends for $210 each about a year ago, but I think they may bring around $275 here.

Can't imagine anyone here paying much more than that, but there seems to be an ample supply of people willing to overpay on ebay. You would get more there, but I really dislike selling there myself.

I sold a used one for well under $200 over a year ago. I'm thinking $170 or so. I remember BG-42 impressed me years and years ago. It definitely has a nastalgia factor.

Yes Wire, you did didn't you. :) I still have it and carry it occasionally. I love how freaky sharp BG42 gets. Lacks the carbide volume of the newer super steels, but dang it gets sharp.

To the OP: I got a great deal from Wire, but I bet you'd pull $300 if its BNIB and you could wait for the right buyer.
