Damnit man, I too have owned many Spyderco Military's in the past and now I think I want one yet again 
It's a great knife and has one of the most trustworthy liner locks I have ever seen.

I agree with the majority of your commentary. My only complaint on mine was that it took considerable adjustment to center my blade. It has served me well otherwise.
