I don't know. My powder scale doesn't go that High and my bathroom scale doesn't go that low. It is heavier than the CF or G-10 versions.
 
Did I understand that the production model Ti Military will have tip-up carry?

I don't think so, but it is possible. According to the letter that came with this one, it is one of the pilot run pieces, and that seems to me to be a pretty major change to make between pilot and production. Sal has mentioned plans for a Military II that will have four way clip option, though.

How much does it weigh?

Okay, I picked up a postal scale after work today. According to it, the TiRIL Military weighs 167 grams, with a G-10 Millie going 125 gr. and my S90V/CF beater going 113 gr.
 
That one is a special run commissioned by that dealer. It also has a CPM M4 blade. The regular (limited) production TiRIL Military will be all titanium handle with CPM S30V blade.
