Hi All,

After almost 15 years of knife collecting, I finally got my first 2... As TBrogan says, acquired taste, and as a knife guy, I consider that sort of my loss, lack of that "acquired taste" that is.

Fluted Ti Millie didn't really work for me, just sitting in the box, but ZDP-189 Endura 4 is currently on my EDC list, and I like it a lot, so I figure, it deserves special care.

So, is there anyone out there who makes custom handle slabs for those Enduras? FRN is alright as it is, but I'd rather have something more "special".

Thanks in advance :)

I would recommend dealing with people in good standing here on BladeForums;)

The link provided above should help you on your way.

There is some assurance in dealing with people that have a proven positive reputation on BladeForums.

But he got himself banned a few times and the reasons for which would discourage me from doing any business with him. I agree with unit, best bet is someone that is in good standing here and with the community as a WHOLE instead of displaying questionable behavior. Just my $.02

Tuffthumbz is no longer Banned, and he was reinstated, obviously the Mods over here felt that he was trustworthy, and that is why he now is a registered and paying Knifemaker/Craftsman on the forum. I have had a bunch of work done by him, and he in addition to doing excellent work, stood behind his work, and is prepared to fix any issues.

Just a couple of the Spydercos he recently id up for me

I just moved some ZDP-189 Endura blades onto G-10 handles. One was a saber grind; the other a full flat grind.

I believe he refused to buy a knifemakers membership.
To set the record straight i never refused to buy a membership, the mistake i made was unintentional and i paid the price and was let back on. if anyone really wants to know the whole story id gladly share in a pm, i have nothing to
hide.
