Small victory this week, I picked up this pair for $50 total. I used to work in a lab and carried one everyday. It served me well and I used it to cut everything from microban plastic to bindings and boxes. I ended up giving it to a friend. These are the mk-920 and mk-921, I just love the simple design with the Spyderedge.

I've never seen that knife before and I really like it. When were they made and did they make a PE version?

I believe they were made in the early 90's and I don't know if the Spyderco's came with a plain edge. Moki has been making knives for over 100yrs and I'm not sure how this collaboration worked. I really like that these have the features of a Spyderco, short of the thumbhole opener. The clip is just like the Spyderco's with the three screws but on the clip it says MOKI. Maybe someone with more knowledge on the history will chime in.

If memory serves, Spyderco is/was a distributer for Moki, and the knives in the OP were either sold exclusively by and/or designed by Sal/Spyderco.

I have a small Moki and it is very similar in features and build quality to the Spyderco Kiwi. So similar, I would guess the Kiwi is made in the Moki factory. No facts to support this, just my uneducated observation. Maybe someone knows and can confirm.

I got one of these in PE a few years ago off ebay - i think it was about $20. the very high hollow grind is nice.
