Spyderco Native 5 Salt custom scales source?

The Native 5 Salt will probably never find a custom scales maker due to its construction. The hardware attach points in the FRN scales have molded in threaded inserts which are a complication a custom scales maker will most likely avoid. I personally discovered that aftermarket rivet nuts or threaded inserts in the 2-56 thread size were difficult to consistently set and hold properly and unreliable with use.

I modeled the scales in fusion and had them printed in nylon using 2-56 inserts.
I haven't updated the thread with the latest pictures after putting in the inserts. You're right most makers would stay away from that construction. The LW could be converted to use a backspacer with normal threaded standoffs. The pivot would need switched to one from G10 N5 so washers can be used. The N5 LW pivot could be used but center part is wider than the blade.
