What is the location of the Spyderco Outlet store in Golden, as I am only about 20 mins from Golden. Also do they have good prices.
 
Go to Spyderco.com for the address.Thier prices are MSRP.
 
They have to sell at MSRP to keep from pissing off thier dealers.The customer service you get from them makes up for some of the higher price.
 
I believe they also have a "seconds" sale every once in a while. If you're looking for a user, it'll be a "second" pretty soon anyway.
 
SFO is located around the corner (on the west side) from the
big liquor store "Applejack" at 32nd ave and Youngfield St.

I suppose the deal is you pay retail, but have a great choice, and the ability to hold knives before you buy.
 
I was there this last Feb. It was fun...They had some new not yet released knives there, the S30V Native before I saw it anywhere else, catalogs, their Kitchen Knife line. They also gave a free Meercat with $100.00 purchase. They also offered sharpening done while you wait. It was a good chance to see the whole line up.
 
It seems to me that there were some clearance type items at SFO along with seconds...but maybe that was because I happened to be in town for their grand opening that weekend...(couple of years ago).

Spyderco's idea of a second is pretty hard (for me) to discern from regular stock.
 
Have happily payed the extra dough on a few occasions. Customer service is probably the BEST I've ever had. Bar none. Patti is amazing! Take Care!!!
 
I was there many times before they moved to Wheat Ridge(?). I payed below MSRP on many knives... As long as they had been out six months or more...

This, the coors brewery and AB brewery were the biggest reasons to get me up there.
