This past summer when we went to the beach I had plans to order a Pacific Salt but I put it off. I'm doing a lot of working out these days and wanted something for that as well so I placed an order for a Pacific Salt with the Spyder Edge.

Can't wait to get this knife.

Awesome! That a great knife. I have long wanted one (well, since Lance talked me into it) but things like the Zome Endura keep popping up. Plus, I already have two salt water knives. I will have to get one, though, eventually.

Take some photos for us when you get it.

The wife asked me what I wanted for Christmas last year. I marked a Salt 1 SE in the catalog because I preferred the size of it (least I thought I did), and needed a spare one. Bless her heart when she ordered it, she somehow got the Pac Salt SE instead. Not wanting to hurt her feelings I decided to carry it a day or two. Here we are ten months later and the Pacific has been in my pocket easily 95% of the time. Absolutely love it! Only question is, if I ask for a spare Pacific this year what will I get instead?.....:D

I'll definitely take some photos when it comes in. I've considered carrying it along with my main carry for a SE option. :)

Pac Salt is a sweet knife. Surprising sturdy for a linerless knife. It doesn't lack anything against an endure. Nice blade length too.

You're gonna LOVE it BMC!!!
Here's mine and it is the best work knife I have!! Extremely light, feels awesome in hand, flicks open FAST......after break in and a bit of lube....and cuts like a pocket chain saw!!!
I bought into the 'tough to sharpen' crock........mine is simple to get screaming sharp on my Sharpmaker!!!
I don't let it get stupid dull and touch it up after use on the fine stones.
Cut up a box from a 75 gal water heater yesterday with it. What a joy it is to use this knife!!!
Obligatory pics!!!

That receipt shows how she push cuts!!

Thanks to Lance who keeps sharing his use case  :D, ThePeacent and Joe, finally I'm getting one. International shipping has its elements of unpredictability so still waiting ;)

You can save a lot if you buy them in the US, and just pay for shipping, avoiding the overinflated prices in European stores!

I second Gringo's words, the toughest most capable folder in their line up, at least IMO

Have one in SE too, tough as nails! I think I bought mine on clearance @ Field & Stream for around $70!
