Alright forum guys and gals,
I thought that things would never come to this, but I'm gonna part ways with my Spyderco Paramilitary 2. SPF to NDJeep
Nothing wrong with it, just never really got around to using it like I thought I should. In fact I haven't used it at all! This one comes from what I believe was the second part of the initial batch of Para 2's with both Sal and Eric Glesser's initials in front of the opening holes. So, not quite as rare as a Collector Club model, but still very unique in Spyderco history.
The knife is in PERFECT shape. Edge is still Spyderco factory fresh (i.e., stupid scary sharp), and there is NO BLADE PLAY WHATSOEVER in all directions. Lockup is tight, and it's still got that characteristic Paramilitary 2 stiffness when releasing the compression lock (it's a good thing IMO, as it shows how little it's been opened and closed).
And now for the downside: No box and no papers. They got thrown out a while ago during some house cleaning.
Feel free to PM or e-mail with questions.
