Does this have PE/Spyder/Combo Edge? Black or Satin Blade? What color are the handles? Paypal?

UPDATE:

I Carried this blade for the last 4 days. I did not use it, but there are
signs of carry. I will drop the price to 105.00 shipped to anyone who
doesn't mind this. I have original box.
 
Please tell me it's not a plain edge with satin blade. If it is I said I would take it before the update.
