It's most likely a real Spyderco. Check in the Spyderco forum also, just to be sure, but it really seems legit.
no sorry :/ i will just buy it with paypal and if its fake one they will give me a refund

Will you get a refund if you don't like it after receiving it? The one good thing about EBay is the refund policy if the item is not as advertised to for some other reason you don't like it once received.

The box looks OK- you can check the date code AP and the part # to make sure it's correct and was in production for the date code.
The jimping on the top of the blade is a good indicator. Match that up to known good ones.
And it's a great knife. Excellent size and disappears in your pocket.

no i buy it on a site called: marktplaats. an well known site where you can buy second handed stuff. i will pay with paypal so i will get prottected.

You should be okay then if it turns out to be a counterfeit. I'd go for it if I were you. It is a great folder model, almost as good as my Gayle Bradley, heh heh!

You need to see the other side with the gap for the compression lock to be sure.
Thats always the most obvious difference. The fact that this is the one area not pictured would make me suspicious.
The gimping also looks like it is pointed upward instead of swept to the back.
The camo pattern looks okay, but I'm calling it a fake without more pictures.
Compression lock pass through should be back swept, fake swill be more squared off.
Had to get a pic, but the gimping should also be mostly backswept.
