Spyderco Pegasus still in production?

I've read many good things here about the Spyderco Pegasus being the near-perfect "little guy" pocket knife. Couldn't find it on spyderco's site, however. Has it been discontinued? Has another knife taken its place?

Yep. The C61 Pegasus and the C62 Navigator (G-10 handle) are discontinued. They have been replaced with the C62 Almite Navigator with a gunmetal blue Almite coating and cut out handle.

Phew, glad I ordered my second G10 plain navigator on time (great that the top-hump on the blade is a bit less sharp than the early models)!
Cardimon : have o look at KnifeOutlet, Toolshop, Knifecenter, 1sks, ... maybe they still have some.

Joyce, is the Meerkat still on schedule ?

I've decided that, as I'm really trying to pay down my credit card right now, if I decide I need a locking folder with a two-inch blade, I can always get a Gerber LST. Close enough.
