Spyderco Persian collectors # on blade

Hey members,

I recently purchase a Spyderco Large Persian....I notice there is a #162 stamp on blade and on the box.

What is this number represent? Is it first pro-run? iDK

That's the Collectors Club number. Doesn't add any value to the knife unless someone is looking specifically for that number.

If anything, I'd say it devalues it a little bit because that number only means something to the CC member. I wouldn't buy a knife with the CC number, personally.
