spyderco persian

thinking about getting a spyderco persian, dont know much about it...looks heavy...anybody got one??

It's a hefty knife. If you want something that weighs just a few ounces, this one's not for you. But if you want something with a little "oomph" to it, the Persian wilkl do quite nicely. And that baby WILL cut.

5.38 oz according to Spyderco's website, just over 1/3rd of a pound. I can only reiterate what Danbo said - it's not light but it's a sweet knife.

Absolutely gorgeous knife. A little big for me, but that's an interesting compromise for a gentleman's (esque) folder. Might try a Kopa too.
