Hi 59Ride,
I spoke with Charlynn in Customer Service. She said she hasn't received any emails on wire clips since AUG '22. I don't know whom you are contacting, but it's not Spyderco Cusomer Service.
She also said for replacement clips, you should contact the Spyderco Factory Outlest store.

Unfortunately, this model of knife is discontinued, and because of that I’ll have to refer you to the warranty and repair department for that part. I’ll leave a link below that will help you contact them
Thing is tho it doesnt cover loss lol so would be a waste of time and money to post my knife from australia just for a $3 screw
Will try and source a second hand one with G10 scales from ebay or something and use the screw from that
