So I've got a PM2 on which I've dyed the scales blue. At some point during the process of disassembly, I manged to mess up one of the holes used to thread in a screw for the pocket clip. No screws from the knife will thread into this hole, but all of the screws will thread fine into either of the other holes meant for the pocket clip.

I've tried forcing the screws in, I've tried threadlock on the others, but the clip keeps coming loose and moving around.

The only other option I have is to find a way to rethread the hole that is messed up, but I can't seem to find anything that is small enough.

What suggestions do you guys have?

Send it in. There's a %95 chance that you'll have to pay, but it would be done right.
If you call Spyderco, they could probably appraise the repair. They have good customer service (yes I've dealt with them), but they hate folks disassembling the knives.

Or learn to carry it clipless.

PM2? Buy aftermarket scales like the ones on Bladehq, switch clip positions, or send it in. It's hard to believe you could have stripped the liner. I dunno what their policy is on that, but I do know that they sent me free screws and loctite for my Gayle Bradley.
