i stripped the paint off my delica 4 clip. Is there a way to polish it? Because now it's just grey and has scratches on it

Start with automotive "Wet or Dry" sand paper. Get many grits from say 600 grit up to 1000 or 2000. Try the paper wet and see if you can get the scratches on the clip to blend and disappear into the scratches the paper is making. If not go with a coarser grit 400 or ~320. Do the same.

Once you get all the scratches the same work your way through as many grits in the range I mentioned as you can find. Maybe rub the paper in a different direction each grit so you can see where you were and where you have gone. Up around 1000 it is going to get pretty shiny. Keep going with finer grits, wet, until you are happy with the polish. There are pouches you can get that has like two sheets of each grit. ~$9 ordered on line or go to an automotive supply or paint supply (you have to most likely buy individual sheets from the brick and mortar stores).

Skip a grit at your peril (takes longer to get rid of the previous scratch pattern and if you skip two grits you may end up just getting a shiny surface with scratches visible that you can't get rid of in a reasonable amount of time).

Something like that. I have polished the sides of whole knives this way with a block of rubber to back up the paper. For the clip just use your finger.
