Think Of The Children, I recently went to your Spyderco pics page. On the caption for the Spyderco Police model, you say that it's been in the movie Fight Club.
Spyderco Police
I'd really like to know where, since I've looked and looked, and haven't found it.
My friends and I are real Fight Club nuts, so it'd be great if you could tell me where the Spyderco is.
Not challenging you, I'm just a Fight Club researcher that's always looking for more interesting tidbits from the movie
In the "Commissioner Castration" scene, they do have a knife, with which they threaten to castrate the Police Commissioner, but it's definitely not a Spyderco Police. It's a fixed blade with an index finger hole. I wonder what it is?
Oh BTW, I noticed you're also in Baltimore. I've read up on knife laws for Maryland, and there wasn't very much out there. It seems they're leaving a lot up to interpretation, and whether the blade is being carried with an "intent or purpose of injuring". I'm glad that there's no insane blade length laws though. And the statute does say that you can have a knife on you for self-defense purposes as a reasonable precaution against apprehended danger. Do you have any other info on what's cool and what's not in the state?
