This Spyderco Police G-10 knife is for sale in CONUS with Paypal gift option for SOLD, shipping included (or $113 for regular Paypal), priority mail with delivery confirmation. It’s a long, strong knife, so check any blade length restrictions in your state.

I’m also open to trading it for a full-size Ritter Griptilian, though I know that’s a longshot.

I traded for this knife, but it appears flawless to me. I have never carried or used by me, but I do not have the box for it. More pictures available for interested parties.

I don't know that it's lower than any other Police model. Take a look at images on the internet for comparison. Here are a couple of closeups of my knife that might show the grind better:
