anyone own a polliwog?
i saw one and it looks cool.

want to know any feedback if its worth the $100.

it's ugly as hell, has a VERY odd shape, and doesnt screams tactical/400$ knife...

but i'd give up all of my other knives, including knives far "better" than the poliwog for him/it. the poliwog is extremly comfortble and fits the hand (or at least my hand) perfectly. and the girls like it too! :-)

looks isnt everything in life. i say go for it before they dissappear.

I'm expecting one possibly today, so I'll be looking forward to seeing how it compares to Spydercos other small SS folders (Lava & Navigator II). It's wider & heavier than the other 2, but it has a nicer lock, IMHO, & probably will fit my large hands better (XXL). For its size, the blade's fairly stout & I prefer Spydercos wire clip to to the other clips (Less obvious & won't look as bad if/when it gets scratched up).

As for being worth it for $100, only you can answer that. At the moment, I still think the Nav is a great all SS little knife for the buck, but if the prices were equal, then yeah, I'd say it's worth it.

Picked up one for my gf last year and she uses it hard at work every day. Its an odd look but fits perfectly in the hand and feels like an extension of the arm. Its well worth the price in my opinion. I've been thinking about picking up another one to carry myself after using hers a few times.

I have one as well its really one of my coolest knife it heavy and solid. the blade reminds me of the native got for it its worth it.
