Spyderco Pro-grip?

Hi all,
New member and first post but longtime lurker. I've been offered a Spyderco Progrip in a trade and would like to see what the opinion is on this knife. Google hasn't turned up much information and it's not in Spyderco's catalog anymore so i'm thinking it's discontinued. What would be a good value for this knife used? Here's a picture of what i've been offered:

had one a couple of years ago and really liked it. i don't really like the combo edge thing but aside from that i liked the knife enough to keep it for about 6 months, which is about 6 years in normal people years. you'll like it. ahgar

I had one, quite a sturdy and repectable knife.

Great! How about it's value on the used market. Is it worth $50 used?
