Spyderco Prototype information please. Lum Tanto folder.

Best thing to do is call spyderco and ask.

Hi H7o Global,

As Thomas mentioned. We did a short test run of the model with prodcution tooling and marked the pieces as a production prototype. Some time later, we did a production run of the same model with the same tooling.

I would think this Prototype model of the fabulous Lum C-46 would be super collectible. Because the tip area is unlike any of the Lum's I've owned in the past.

Plus there are such a very limited number of prototypes out there at all. The C-46 is one model that I consider a gem out of the 1998-2003 Golden Era Of Spyders.
