No.
I've got a G-10 version and really like it. Have no idea about the Ironwood version and can't compare.
The blade on the Spydie puukko is flat ground in a traditional Scandi grind--no secondary bevel. It's not a "full flat" grind though; the top 1/4 of the blade is swedged.
The handle is big, I love that. It's highly contoured in cross-section with a rounded top and thinner bottom edge, like an upside-down teardrop. I find this cross-sectional contouring provides great control in a variety of grips. While not fully apparent in photos, there is a bit of palm swell, again, giving excellent control. The traction of the G-10 is medium to light. Definitely tactile, but not very 'grippy'. I can use this knife all day; no hot spots.
To critique the knife, my two complaints are the short blade (3.3") and weight. While it feels great in hand, the G-10 version seems dense and heavy. If you are looking to cut ounces, this is not the blade for you. While the 3.3" blade is great for most routine tasks, I'd prefer a slightly longer blade. I'd like to see this knife with a 3.75"-4.00" blade, but this is personal preference.
Despite my complaints, I think it's a great and versatile knife for most outdoors uses and camping. Fit and finish ('Finnish' was a tempting pun, but I'd never do that to you.) are superb. The included sheath is pretty good. Good enough that I haven't felt the need to replace it yet.
