Manix 2 comes in at 3-3/8"

I've had one in CE and it was great bang for your buck. Just a bit too big for me (2.5" is the legal limit around here)
Disengaging the lock also takes a little getting used to.

You might still be able to find a CE Stretch (3.5 inch blade).

If you're willing to compromise on the combo edge part, there's more options in that size range.

but my suggestion is to go for paramilitary 2

The endura is an excellent intro to Spyderco IMO. Comes in several styles/varieties, easy to find, great price/value.
